550 w psu with oc'd gtx 770

Hey all so I decided to go for the 770 posted in the comments now I'm worried that my psu isn't enough... ORIGINAL POST (SOLVED)Im well overdue for upgrading my gpu but I'm not sure what card to get, here are my specs; sandy bridge I7 2700k, msi z77a g43, gtx 460 and the power supply is a Seasonic SS-550RM 550W Modular. I was looking at an oc evga 2gb gtx 760 that was about 200 quid, doesn't have to be nvidia - no preference there - whatever is more bang for your buck. Any help/suggestions are appreciated, thanks in advance

760 is the best in ur price range. U will see about 100% performance improvement over ur current GTX460.

Yes ur psu is enough for 770. Ur system with 770 consume 375watt under load

This psu have 45A on 12v rail and GTX 770 use 32A so it will be fine.

it requires minimum 600w psu with minimum 42a in the 12v rail so might have to get a new psu for maximum performance

What is that supposed to mean? Either it will work or the over current protection will shut it down. There is no high or low performance there.

It can perform at lower than 600w proably but not 100%
