550 Watts for my future build?

Hello, I currently own this PSU: https://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817182298 and would like to know if it would be safe to use it with this build: https://ca.pcpartpicker.com/list/psQzLD

and be able to overclock the CPU and the RAM. Else, would it also be safe to use it without overclocking anything while I wait to get a new PSU?

While the wattage might be enough, the quality of the unit is very bad. I would not risk such brand new hardware with that unit. My suggestion would be to get a better quality unit. Use these as loose reference...

Its a risk, yes. If you see the Linus list, its a Tier 6.

Rosewill ARC isn't safe to use with anything, can't even output it's rated wattage.
If you're looking cheap, Seasonic S12II and CXM 450W are the only options.

Do you have any other recommendation for good ones that won't break my PC and respects the wattage as cheap as possible in Canadian currency please? This tier list is all a bit too complicated for me and I do not understand what I should be looking for because I see some bronze rated PSU's with gold's, etc.

I did actually recommend in the answer you quoted, guess you didn't read it all. Hellfire has recommended the same ones, really the only options if you're cheap.

I am sorry, I did not mean it to be disrespectful, I just didn't know which one it was because they have different wattage and I did not know which one is the best or if they are all of the same quality with just different capacity.

I wasn't offended, don't worry. They're all in the same quality, except the CXM 750W, that's a bit worse.
