550W EVGA Gold PSU for i7 4790k+Gtx980?

Hey guys, I have a brand new EVGA 550W gold rated PSU and was wondering if it will be okay within this pc.
Asus Z97-A motherboard
Intel i7 4790k
Asus gtx 980
16gb Hyper x fury ram
250gb SSD
4tb HD
Dvd drive
Please let me know with your input, (won't be over clocking for awhile)

You would be cutting it very close, I would recommend a a 650w+ unit for headroom.

Wha??? 550 watts is plenty. It's a 165 watt GPU with a max power draw of like 200 watts, (incidentally, Nvidia recommends 500 watts), the CPU is maybe 100 watts max, and everything else is like 50 watts tops. With the hardware you have listed, you couldn't exceed that PSU if you tried.
