Would SeaSonic S12III - 550w 80 bronze+ be enough to handle 3060TI?

Rest of the components:
CPU: Ryzen 5 3600 (non OC, but goes to 4.20Ghz with turbo)
Cooling: Cooler Master Hyper 212 LED
MB: B450 TOMAHAWK MAX
RAM :2x8GB 3600mhz
Storage: 1HDD, 1SSD

If not what would be a good alternative on a cheaper side.

I would honestly suggest that you look into a higher tier unit, yes it's a Seasonic but the S12II isn't such a good unit, when you compare it with the S12II. I'd also look into a 650W unit for the entire system, to have some headroom, overclocking and longevity wise.
