will my psu be enough for a 980 ti?

Yes it can run that setup with a 980ti. No worries there.

This should run fine, just make sure you have the pins on the power supply; a big card like that may need 2 8-pin connectors!

Yes, that shouldn't be a problem. You even have headroom to OC the GPU within reason.
