[SOLVED] 5550 won't print

5550 won't print. Message says it's not plugged in but connecting cord has been checked and it's getting juice since lights are on. How to fix?

What is the error you are getting? Try another USB port. How old is the printer? The cord may be bad. Try unplugging the printer and let it sit for a minute, then plug in, restart your computer and see what happens.
