$560 for upgrading my pc

I have a pc that doesn't do the job, sadly when I made this pc I chose amd for a cpu brand.
Not saying its bad, but if I got intel then I really could've got some nice parts.

Heres my specs:

If I do upgrade to that stuff will it make a difference?

Better cpu, more and faster RAM, and better GPU will make a huge difference. The other thing to add would be an SSD, but that's not in the budget now
