Well I decided to go with the 560 as it is 30% faster and has twice the ram. I didn't want to regret getting only 1GB of ram when playing at 1080p with large HD textures in games like Skyrim. In the big scheme of things $40 isn't that much. Thanks for the replies.
just because one card has more video ram doesnt mean the graphics processor will take advantage of all of it. its a marketing trick..i would go for 650ti as two ppl above said but its your money
Just looked at Tom's review of the 650 ti and the 560 looks a little faster in many tests (much better Crysis 2 and much worse in Arkham City) when comparing 1GB cards. The 2GB of ram should help when using optional high resolution textures in games. Would it help future proof when games start need 2GB at 1080p? Is it worth the extra money? Not sure. May have to rethink my decision.
I had found a deal for the 650 ti for $90 and the 560 for $130. This is a fairly old computer e7500 cpu so i don't want to put a fortune into it. Trying to eek out 2 more years. My PSU is only 550w so I don't want to buy a card that I would need to upgrade that for.
Well I just got an email saying that they were out of stock on the 650 ti from NCIX. I hate when they do that. So back to the drawing board on video cards.

650ti performs less than the GTX 560 so .... end of story.
