560 TI Hawk SLI to 760 TI

I have been thinking about upgrading from my SLI'd 560 TI Hawks to a single 760 Ti for a couple reasons:

1) I assume power consumption and heat will decrease
2) I want to put in 2 separate cards so I can run 1 monitor for gaming and 2 on a separate cheaper card to do work/surf

I play SWTOR, FF14 and the occasional shooter that gets my attention @ 1920x1200 res.

What can I expect performance wise from the transition? Will it increase, stay the same, or be a downgrade?

One 760 will, as stated run cooler and use less power, it will play games better than SLI 560ti.
