A gtx 560 TI for 155$ is a great deal, and you will get a good performance boost.

The question basicly is if it is worth spending 155$ for that boost.

Are you happy with the performance of your current card?? because if you are, I don't see any reason buying a new card. Save the money and wait untill you can get something much more powerfull than a 560TI.

Or spend those 150$ on an extra 6850 and go crossfire

What's your gaming resolution and your total system specs?
When you upgrade you upgrade for at least 50% performance increase not less than 20%, You won't feel much a difference with today games.

AMD Phenom II X4 @ 3.6 Ghz
Cooler Master 212 plus
4x2 GB Patriot 1333 RAM
Cooler Master 500w PSU
60 GB Vertex 3
320 GB WD Blue
500 GB WD Green
2 TB Samsung Spinpoint
DVD-R/W ODD
Win 7 HP 64-bit
1920x1080 w/ 60hz monitor (not in 3D)
Biostar mATX motherboard 785G3

Now the main question is what's the max you can go for on budget?
1080P, this resolution is so demanding and brings the top end cards down to their knees at high quality settings, so you may consider a high end card, at minimal I would look at HD 7850 or wait for the newer GTX 660ti which will equip 2 GB of VRAM.

I mentioned that earlier..
I agree.

I wouldn't say its worth it unless you are unhappy with your current card.
the 560ti is a good boost from a 6850 but paying $155 for it is too much, even if you sell for your 6850 for $100, which I doubt you'd be able to, its not really worth the trouble unless you have need of more performance.

The 560 ti is about 30% faster than the 6850.
