5600+ overclocking

i have an amd 5600+ and is asking to be overclocked
Problems
1. dont know how
2. bios is gay and wont let me
3. need software(cant use bios)
Want to get to 3.2ghz and temps dont go above 55c on 2.9ghz and i am using artic silver if that helps
