Question 5600 xt stuck at windows loading screen after installing drivers

Got a 5600 xt sapphire pulse and after installing any of available drivers i cant get to windows. Only way to boot is to go into safe mode and uninstall drivers. I tried everything, plugging and unplugging cables, updating and rolling back windows, updating bios and other drivers, ddu... its just stuck at the board manufacturer screen where balls go in a circle and then just freeze there. I don't know what to do anymore and I think its just faulty. If anyone has any tips let me know...

B450 tomahawk max
16gb corsair vengeance rgb pro
Ryzen 2200g
5600xt sapphire pulse
Samsung 850 evo 250gb
Wd blue 1tb
Corsair tx650m 80+ gold

Reason why this gpu is paired with 2200g is because im upgrading my pc in steps and i plan to get 3600 next, also i was on integrated vega 8 before getting this gpu and i did use ddu prior to installing the gpu

Also i found this reddit thread with a bunch of people having the same problem as me and i guess that the card is actually not faulty, but no one was able to fix this
