The slower RAM (2 16GB kits Corsair vengeance LPX LP) is 24€ cheaper. That’s 17% less money. The faster kit is Crucial Ballistix. Wwyd?

That’s clear. I’m basically asking if it’s worth paying 24 bucks more for the speed bump. I could try and get 3400 MHz out of the 2 3200 MHz kits… but ppl used to say OCing is harder when running quad.

I’m sorry. It’s both 32GB. Cheaper option is 2 identical kits of 2x8 for 32 total. That’s 3200 MHz CL16. 24 bucks more is 1 kit of 2x16. That’s 3600 MHz CL16.

I was asking if there is a performance increase worth paying 24 bucks more for.

Another reason I ask is that having 4 modules can be beneficial if both kits are single rank if I get it right. And they should be.

mixing 2 ram kit while work most of the time, sometime might not work right.
