560gtx ti bottlenecked by q6600 system?

Hi,
I have a system I built running an intel q6600 OC'D to 2.6 ghz and an old 8800gts 320MB.
I am thinking of buying an nVidia 560gtx Ti for the system because in games and benchmarks like unigine heaven the graphics card is maxed out while the CPU is at like 40%. I can run newer games satisfactorily at medium settings and lower resolutions but want to take it to the next step.
SO, if I do go for the 560, will my q6600 bottleneck it? and if so, how badly, and would it be worth the upgrade?

With just a 320M 8800GTS the bottleneck if u are playing 1680 x 1050 or higher is most definitely your GPU hehe I would look to clock 3ghz and higher with that Q6600 when paired with a GTX 560 ^^
