560ti sli vs 270x for gaming

I'm building a pc and was wondering which would me a better option for gaming? My friend has a 560ti that will sell to me for reasonably cheap and i will be buying another 560ti on ebay preowned. Or i will be buying a 270x new.

Thanks for the reply. i will be using a 1080p tv and maybe a quite old monitor but i will sole;y be gaming on the tv. Ya i was think new would be a smarter idea too. thanks
