My rig went bonkers because of a BSOD bindflt.sys failure then it won't boot. Did some troubleshooting then figured out that my 2nd ram slot won't recognize my ram. Went to put my 2 slots on 3rd and 4th. Suddenly my ram won't overclock to 3600mhz and its only at 2133mhz on bios. In task manager nothing show's up on the details saying my ram frequency. Please help

Look in MB manual, usually A2 and B2 slots are slated for 2 RAM sticks and any other combination results in problems like that.
Use CPU-Z https://www.cpuid.com/softwares/cpu-z.html to see what is really memory running at.
