What 5700XT model gives the lowest temps on high usage? And also is it true that AMD's drivers causing performance problems sometimes?

I consider getting one in the future but i constantly hear complains for it's temps and driver versions...Some people say that it can go up to 86-87 degrees and i can't be comfortable with it.

Honestly it depends bc the driver issues is AMD drivers themselves not the 5700 XT, as for temperatures for the blower style probably, not sure about AIB cards tho.
