Almost a year after this card has released and I still get daily BSOD with this card while playing games..
Games also frequently stutter and I cant watch anything in fullscreen on my PC without the FPS tanking for no reason..

Think i'm going to reinstall windows and if issues still remain I think it's time to sell the card and look for a 2060/2070 Super.

Hwinfo shows no freaky temps and I haven't overclocked anything? Is it an issue with my radeon/windows setting perhaps?

A 700w PSU (or greater) is recommended for the 5700 XT. Sounds like you may have a power and/or heat issue, on the surface.

Are you attempting to overclock anything (CPU, GPU, memory)?
Nothing is overclocked at all, is there a way to run a benchmark to check power consumption? I can run firestrike and post temps? but the temps look fine honestly..

AMD chipset and GPU drivers are up to date. I havent touched bios since i flashed it onto my MOBO 6 months ago, only changed some fan curves. When I go to watch videos throught windows media player/vlc/ace player on my PC the fps tanks until i go windowed.. same goes for league of legends, my fps while fullscreen is 20 but when windowed it goes back to a constant 200
