Question 5700xt Stuttering after driver update

Hello everybody, i have recently bought a 5700xt red devil from powercolor, and it was working perfectly fine the first say 2 weeks i could not of been happier, but after updating my drivers to 20.1.4 from 19.12.2 and now it stutters in games and it never really goes past 80% usage in fortnite, i have gone back to 19.12.2 using DDU, i have no idea why its doing this please could someone help because £400 on a stuttering graphics card is quite depressing to be honest, thank you!

So did the downgrading your drivers work or not? If it did just stay in them and wait for amd to publish new drivers and try again.
