5760x1080 external video card

Hello,
I want to get 3 1920 x 1080 out of a single external video card like the Matrox Triple head which will only give me 3840 x 1080 on my Mac.
Any new boxes that can handle the full 5760 x 1080?

Sorry- forgot one thing, I need the full 60Hz- the Matrox says it will only do 50Hz
