I have conf q6600,3gb ddr2, 1hdd and dvd-rw. I tried this config on 550w with real power 370w and it wont work(for games - computer freezes). I want to buy SP-ATX-420WTN-PFC and does it worth buying this PS.

The Power Supply Requirement for your whole system is:
450 Watt or greater power supply with one 75W 6-pin PCI Express® power connectors recommended (600 Watt and two 6-pin connectors for ATI CrossFireX technology in dual mode)

Therefore I recommend you to go for one of the following ones (if you are not thinking about doing CF):

CORSAIR VX450 (by Seasonic):

SEASONIC S12II 430W:

The problem is not the wattage, but the very low quality of this power supply.

As you have said, you don't have much to choose. Anyway, If I were you I would go for the CM Silent Pro 500W RS500-AMBAD3-EU (87,56€).

I know it's much more expensive than your budget but, in my opinion, it's worth.
