Ho guys.. just don't know we're to post ..
I build new PC and installed Windows 10
I7 10700k , RTX 3070, 16g 3200mhz ram, 850 W psu ,
So the my frustration is that I'm getting around 57-60 fps almost all Ultra in 1080P monitor 60Hz..
Any idea why its so low...????
Btw I am keep getting Bios hasle ..because of my old SSD I bought back in 2014 ... not everytime my PC loading to Windows .. most of the time it's loading to Bios .. and Bios cannot detect ssd very often..
Could this be a problem ??? I just ordered new SSD 1Tb .... will take old out and install new one.
I am kind upset that this kind PC cannot get high fps in 1080p in RDR 2🙄

Solution
First of all, why do you have a 3070 and a 1080p 60hz? You need to get at least a 1080p 144hz and If you want to stick with 1080p I would recommend a 1080p 240hz monitor.

Second of all, I think the ssd may be a problem, but to know for sure search up benchmarks of rdr2 with your cpu, and then compare it with your fps. If not then you can reset windows (with new ssd) and then come back and tell us the performance. Make sure not to keep anything when you reinstall windows.

Taa stays High
MSAA and FXAA was off
Just Turned Vsync off and now I got 68-70 FPS ..so roughly +10 FPS...
Anyway..will wait to reinstall windows..
That's old ssd hasle gives me headache.. just this morning happened .. windows refuse to boot and message pop up .. Error System cannot be repaired
Reset and again my PC boot as it never happened...
Will wait..thanks guys ..but still that's are low fps..🤔

Getting high fps is difficult in RDR2.

I ran the benchmark with my i7-9700k and RTX 2080 (similar performance to a RTX 3060 Ti) at 4K in DLSS performance mode (rendering at 1080p internally) and mostly ultra settings. I got fps in the 40-50 fps range.

DLSS seems to not provide as big a performance boost in RDR2 as in most other DLSS-enabled games.

RDR 2 reminds me Assassins Creed Odyssey ..its game just insane ..very bad optimizing game ...

Yeah, normally lowering the rendering resolution to 1080p (or 720p in your case of 1080p with DLSS Quality) would provide a good performance result on high-end hardware, but RDR2 doesn't seem as influenced by changes in resolution as most other games do.

I remember a year ago (before Nvidia's Ampere cards had been released) reading in a forum how some guys figured out that RDR2 actually had some SLI support built into it in the background. It was a bit buggy, but you could run it on 2 RTX 2080 TIs and at 4k on ultra settings you could crack 100 fps. It was interesting, bit as one poster mentioned, it sucked that the cost of entry was roughly $2500 worth of GPUs (which seemed like a much bigger number back then when you could pick up a RTX 2070 Super for $600 brand new).
