5820k overcooked to 4.5 GHz

Running at 4.5 GHz with voltage at 1.2518. Max temperature is 75 Celsius after running RealBench stress test for 15 minutes. Is that an acceptable temperature and voltage using a H100i v2 for cooling?

No problem there. That's about the highest temp I'd recommend for extended loads(renderings, ect.)Maybe 80C, tops. My previous X99 had a 5820k as well. Bought mine at launch and ran for 3 yrs at 4.4Ghz(4Ghz uncore) using 1.325v, 1.25v for uncore. OC's improve and less voltage is needed as CPU steppings improve generally during CPU lifecycle. Early ones need more voltage in my experience. It's running fine today back at stock speeds as a daily driver for a family member. However, in your case,I would run RealBench for more time, and other stress tests to verify.

Ran AIDA64 for over three hours. Top temperature was 67 degrees on #3 core.

If multiple tests are showing similar temps and things are stable, should be fine. How long to run tests is always up for debate, but that's up to you to decide.
