No problem there. That's about the highest temp I'd recommend for extended loads(renderings, ect.)Maybe 80C, tops. My previous X99 had a 5820k as well. Bought mine at launch and ran for 3 yrs at 4.4Ghz(4Ghz uncore) using 1.325v, 1.25v for uncore. OC's improve and less voltage is needed as CPU steppings improve generally during CPU lifecycle. Early ones need more voltage in my experience. It's running fine today back at stock speeds as a daily driver for a family member. However, in your case,I would run RealBench for more time, and other stress tests to verify.
