5850 very high VDDC

Hello everybody,
i have 5850 graphic card,
i use Scythe Musashi cooler,
lately i see its very high temp. i underclock to 700MHZ and not successful.
The vddc current it's 67.1!

because it's not normally vddc current it's 67.1A no overclocked card..
i dont no but i think it's high.

Right that's the question. Why do you think its high? Its really not even worth looking at but certainly doesn't seem high. and your temps are fine

The cpu temp is ok, it's not the problem..
The truth is the graphic card was overclocked, but the gpu angine have a very nice temp (max 72c) The only thing I suspect it the vddc, because it was in 140c..

What is the max temp for vddc phase in this card?

That isn't really unusual for 100% GPU load. modern CPUs and GPUs use very low voltage but lots of power so they need gobs of current to make up for it.

67A at 1V is only 67W which is very reasonable for a GPU

phase #1 temperature is minimum temperature, phase#2 temperature is the average temperature and phase #3 is the maximum temperature. Both phase #2 and #3 are reason for shutdown. phase#2 is the actual phase temperature that you should take care about the most. Try opening the side door of your pc cabinet also turn the gpu fan to constant/fix on at 100% and see if it still shuts down.
