Hello so:
Today i installed Windows 10 Pro x64 on one my Segate HDD that i was using only for photos and videos.I have another hdd where my old Wind 7 and games are installed.
I have downloaded most of the drivers like audio, display etc and installed origin.I moved the saves from Battlefield 3/4 and Beam NG from my old win to the new hdd (Windows 10).Than i also moved the Origin Game folder with Bf3/4.

The resolution in nvidia control panel is 1920x1080 60Hz but when i started Battlefield 3 in settings there was only for 1080 59Hz and also in Beam NG 6v.If i lower resolution like 1600x900 there iis option 60Hz.I downloaded the newest update for win and nothing changed.Stil is 59Hz not 60Hz like when i was using Windows 7

My monitor is conected with HDMI/BenQ GW2270H and im sure that the cable is not the problem.
I could not find drivers for my monitor.

Solution
SO what's teh actual problem? It's fine like that.

Windows calls it 60, the game calls it 59.94, but it's teh same thing.
Some monitors report 59Hz and 60 Hz, It is something to do with TV compatibility and nothing to worry about. Options are listed it seems with no rhyme or reason in the various control panels in different software. It is very well documented online just search say "59Hz vs 60Hz".

Well why win 7 i did not have that problem ?

Ok but in every game 59Hz ?-I have frend using Win 10 and he dont have this problem ..... Why i installed win 10 :/

It is not a problem. It's normal behaviour. Just different ways of reporting things. What exactly bothers you about 59hz?

I can see some diference (not to much ) in Beam NG.

It is not a problem, it is a normal condition. Both in software and hardware computers are very, very complex machines. Even identical configurations will have minor differences. Your monitor can play a role in this, the cable, your video card. What settings you use, what options you chose when you installed the drivers and games, the list goes on and on and on. Like I and others said, this is a normal thing, don't spend any more time, energy or money chasing it. I changed mine from 59 to 60Hz when I discovered this "issue" way back in Vista, saw no difference visually. Not only that, but it would change itself back randomly >.<. 10 still does this on my rig, 7 did it, heck XP probably did too idk.

Nah, man. You just think you can :)

Ok thx for reply,i will keep playing on these settings 😀

Ok thx for reply and helping me :)
