what are good brands and what do i need to look at when buying one
also looking for a water pump and res

Generally, CPU blocks aren't made for specific CPUs. They typically come with mounting equipment for multiple sockets. Personally, I almost always EKWB for water blocks, but the best thing to do is get a few you like and then look for reviews.
