Question 5930K running very hot with water cooling

Need some help on this one.
I have an i7 5930K with Corsair H110i GTX water cooling and Noctua NF-A14 fans on the radiator instead of the original Corsair ones.
I currently have the CPU at 4.0 GHz, vcore at 1.10V and it is idling at 66C, as soon as I put it under load by running a stress test it quickly gets up to 90-100C. I have no idea what the hell is wrong with it, I already tried replacing the thermal paste but that didn't change anything.
If I touch the water hoses one is warmer than the other, so I'm guessing this indicates that the water is flowing and pump is working fine.

EDIT: I also tested it on 3.8GHz and 1.08 vcore, it's still running the same extreme temperaratures.
