after effects says the optimal amount of memory needed is 32GB so 128 GB RAM should be fine and your video card should have 4GB of RAM.

It does not work the same as in video games when there can be a chokepoint where the CPU or video card are far ahead of the other. You don't need a video card for it at all even.

just got my self 128gb ddr4 3200mhz i was wondering if 128gb is enough for adobe after effects.
