What really gets me is that it's seemingly only when idle or in a browser. Very weird.

I've been trying to follow this guide: https://mr-kayz.github.io/RTS-Extra-Docs/docs/issues/Ryzen-AM4-bug.html

as I thought this was the bug I may be suffering from, and I think crashing frequency might be down but I'm not sure. The WHEA errors went away at least so I think that it fixed something?

Here is a link to my crash logs: https://www.mediafire.com/file/3priawj2a4bjbr6/minidumps.zip/file

Please help, this has been bothering me for months and I still haven't figured it out, I'm about to just replace the CPU at this point 🙁

Specs:
GPU: RTX 3080
CPU: Ryzen 5950X
Mobo: TUF GAMING X570-PLUS (WI-FI)

which bios version is installed now?
reset bios by jumper
which psu are you using?
check ram with memtest
whuch ram?
check windows with dism commands
check cpu socket if the motherboard for bent or discolored pins
maybe tightened the cpu cooler to the board too hard
check hard drives for errors

Bios version: Version 5021 which is latest
I don't want to reset via jumper because the changes I made on my bios have alleviated the issue somewhat.
PSU: CORSAIR RM1000x Fully Modular ATX Power Supply - 80 PLUS Gold
Ram memtest86 for 6 runs, no errors, but I'd like to run it again for longer
2x16gb, in each of slot A2 / B2
Tried dism commands, no luck
Socket / pins are fine

How would I test my boot SSD for errors?

note3: read your link to the amd cpu bug. sounds like your problem. I would install amd ryzen master driver
https://www.amd.com/en/products/software/ryzen-master.html
since you are not installing the microsoft cpu specific dll to override known bugs.

normally the amd ryzenmaster driver will get cpu fixes before they are rolled out the motherboard vendor to be put in the bios. microsoft generally will also add fixes to windows cpu dll but you don't have it installed.

note 2: all bugchecks the same, I would update the motherboard chipset drivers and confirm that the voltages from the power supply are within specs.
blow out any dust from the fans and check for heat issues.
bugcheck started in the amd power management module then jumped to some kernel address before bugcheck with a bad instruction pointer. update the chipset driver might help since you have updated the bios and the drivers need to match up

notes:
most current bugcheck bad instruction pointer.
(normally, I would look for overheated cpu, or bad voltages to the cpu for this error)

- 3 core windows files have been modified,
- running vm software
- old driver for motherboard sound driver
- inpoutx64.sys Fri Oct 17 16:01:16 2008 (suspect due to date of driver)
several old asus drivers from 2021

Dude I'm like 99% sure you fixed it, haven't crashed in forever, was able to upgrade to win 11 (wasn't working before would ALWAYS blue screen) so yes I'm sure its fixed. I think the ryzen master driver fixed it. Solved a problem I've had for years and I was losing my mind thinking it may have just been a hardware fault all along. Thank you so much!
