this is oc'd to 4.65ghz and 1.3 voltage with ryzenmaster https://www.3dmark.com/compare/spy/15188431

updating to beta bios 2812 didn't help

i'm seeing 3950x beat me 😔

my cinebench r23 multi core score is 26160 pts so that seems good
my temps are fine , 30C idle and dont ago above 40 under a few minutes load of blended prime95

Solution
Resolved this, I had my memory sticks in a1,b1 instead of a2,b2, so couldn't set my memory correctly, once that was corrected I set my memory clock speed to 3200mhz, then all the way to 3933mhz 1.37v with timings 16 18 18 18 38 even though its 4000mhz rated, hopefully will work in later BIOS.

Got some wiggle room left in oc the gpu but at 19289 and extremely content, cpu beating bud's Intel Core i9-10900K Processor, ryzen 9 master race!

I'm having the same issue but on a different mobo. I'm starting to think some of us got a bad batch of chips from AMD. A reviewer with the same mobo and cpu is getting much much much higher scores than me at stock. I got mine from Amazon and it arrived yesterday from a third party shipper. Maybe we all got those and they are bad?
