5dbi with a 3dbi on a PC WiFi card

I'm going to buy a WiFi card that comes with 2 3dbi antennas, can I replace 1 of the 3dbi antennas with a 5dbi, basically, put a 5dbi with a 3dbi on a single PC WiFi card. Will it work, will they interfere with eachother?

As long as they are for right frequency it will be all right except you would be gaining very little.
