5ghz Band Not Viewable On PC

Short Story:
Decided to try a new router out, (Netgear) Dualband. The 2.4ghz band is viewable on my desktop, but the 5ghz is not. Both are viewable on my Samsung phone, however.

Then maybe your desktop wifi adapter doesn't support 5ghz, only 2.4ghz where your phone supports both.
