Question 5Ghz Wifi not showing up on pc

Guys, I don't know why my laptop ASUS X542UF won't show 5Ghz wifi. My wireless adapter is Qualcomm Atheros QCA9377. I have the latest driver. When I go to device manager, I click on the properties>advanced, there are only 3 property that is D0 Packet Coalescing, Network Address, Roaming aggresiveness. None of those can enable 5Ghx wifi mode. I just reinstall windows 10 and it did not help. What should I do?

What about your wireless router ---- is that an AC dual band model? (post make/model if not sure).

Were you previously able to use the 5Ghz band on this laptop with the same wireless router you have now?

Yes, my router supports 5Ghz wifi and my another laptop can use 5Ghz wifi. I'm not sure previously I can connect 5ghz wifi or not because that time I didn't aware of that 😂

Try rolling the back the Qualcomm driver to previous version in Device Manager if the "Roll Back Driver" button is available.

Not working. I also tried to uninstall and scan but still not working 😔
