5k memory on XFX 5770?

Are they serious? Check the specifications tab. "Memory Clock 5200 MHz"
Most cards are around a thousand. Do you think it's a typo, or is it just a really really overclocked card?

they meant 1300MHz(5.2Gbps). the stock memory clock for a 5770 is 1200MHz so its not an extreme OC to get it up to 1300MHz necessary for 5200 transfers per second, they just labeled it wrong.

It's common practice to cite the memory speed after applying the DDR3/GDDR5 multiplier, which would make it double or quadruple the actual clockspeed. Some manufacturers simply state the clockspeed. There's little consistency in this matter, but mostly just applying some common sense is enough to sort it out. No card is going to be dramatically higher than the stock.

Sometimes this can trip people up, as a DDR2 card labeled 800MHz is certainly 400x2, while a DDR3 card labeled 800MHz is citing the base speed and is more likely 800x2, making it twice as fast as the similarly-labeled DDR2.
