[SOLVED] +5v rail fluctuating

Its not going from random numbers to other random numbers either. It's either 4.80 (mostly this) to 5.020. nothing over or in between. Is this normal?

Ok. Using software like HWINFO is not giving you actual voltages from the PSU.

Ignore them. Especially since you're not having any issues.
