-5V Rail overvoltage?

I have -13V on the -5V rail.
Is it normal? If not can please someone point me in a direction to fix it?

-5V became optional in ATX and deleted in ATX12V specs. Your power supply probably does not output anything on -5V and you should not worry about that reading, as the motherboard seems to have tied that sensor to the -12V line.
