My case has a ADD-RGB strip with a 5V header....but my motherboard has 12V 4pin slot...is there anyway I can get it working using any splitter/converter?

It's not just the voltage, it's also the way the headers work. The wiring, grounding, frequencies etc are all different. An rgb fan is different from an rgb light strip.

Rolling up refried beans, lettuce, tomato and cheese in a slice of bread doesn't make it a burrito, even if the concept is the same and the shell of a burrito IS a form of bread.

Thanks for the quick reply guys😄

I did a bit more digging and realised I could use those rgb fan adapters( 3 fan+2 LED strip adapter)
These support 5V 3pins so it should work considering the case lighting is just like a RGB LED strip...although my Mobo can't be used to get the aura sync feature by this method...anyway better than not getting any lighting on those gorgeous case light😀
