good evening every one .
my question maybe dumb and i searched a few time on the internet ,
i have an rx560(which only needs 6 pin power connector pci-e ).
which i'm upgrading next week to an msi rx 580 armor ( it has an 8 pin power cable .)
my PSU is a thermaltake lite power 650w , the probleme is that it has two 6+2 pin pci-e power cables but no 8 pin.
my first question :
will i go safe if i plug my new vga with the 6+2 pins ( i know the 75 pcie +75w 6pin rule.)

and my second question:
if i buy an adapter ( from 6 pin to 8 pin . ) will it do the same job as the 8 pin power cable , or is my psu garbage
