6.2 - what shoul di do

i know you guys are volunteers and you don't owe me
anything,but i have a problem and even if you dont know
how to fix it, i'd like to kjnow if u think i should
uninstall sp2 or format my computer to fix it.
in msn 6.2 i have messages getting lost. i dont get all
the msgs that people send me.. and its veryvery annoying
especially when it's ralted to business or to seducing a
girl... should i try to remove sp2? i'm scared of doing
it because it seems like one of those thingsthat microsoft
has not implemented to work flawlessly

I don't know whether or not removing SP.2 will resolve your problem.
However, providing you did not rush to remove files/folders put on your
computer during the upgrade, you should not have a problem rolling back to
SP.1. I have uninstalled SP.2 on two computers and the re-installed SP.2
without any problems.
