6 Long Beeps After Start Up Windows 8.1

I get 6 long beeps a few seconds after i turn on my computer but then after i wait a while my display comes up and i can use the computer. But i cant enter BIOS or UEFI anymore for some reason? I looked around and i haven't found my exact problem. I talked to a friend and he said that its because my CPU cant keep up with my GPU? I just recently installed a new GPU but the problems occured a week after i installed it.

You switched the BIOS to legacy mode and are still getting the beeps? Have you updated your PSU? The included POS 300W PSU doesn't put out nearly enough power to run the system with an R9 270X GPU installed. It was barely adequate to power the system before adding a dedicated GPU.
