[SOLVED] 6 pin connector kinda not working

When i plug the 1st 6 pin connector into the gpu when i play some games it stutters a lot and the wattage goes from 100 to 20 constantly but when i try the other one it works perfectly fine. is the 1st 6 pin broken or something?
PSU: TX550M (both 6 pins are on 1 cable)
GPU: RX 470 STRIX

Yes.....it sounds like there is definitely an issue with it.
That card only takes one 6 pin....just don't use the other one.
