[SOLVED] 6 pin to 8 pin gpu

Hello Im planning to upgrade my ZOTAC gtx 750 ti to rx 570. But the rx 570 requires 8 pin and my psu only have 6 pin. Can i use a 6 pin to 8 pin adapter?

I would not. I would buy a PSU that has the necessary connectors. Using adapters may work briefly, but it's not guaranteed to work well. Last thing you want to do is bring down your shiny new GPU with a poor-quality PSU.

Agreed, if your power supply does not have the required connections its a great sign its not up to the task of running the card in the first place.
