6 Year old PC. Anything I can do to make it play newer games?

I built this PC for Diablo 3 around the time it was released. Now I'm trying to play ARK and I have to turn the graphics all of the way down to play and it still crashes with random D3D errors.
Is there anything that stands out as a super weak link that I can upgrade on a budget, or should I start all over?

While your CPU is not known as a great gamer, (games rarely use more than two cores) I would say that your HD7850 GPU is the weaest link in your build.

As long as its established that my weak link is the GPU, I'll upgrade it. A $200 budget sounds reasonable.
