Question 60 fps feels like 30

I have a problem and a dont know whats causing it. I play a game with 60 fps and it feels like i play with 30 its all laggy and stuff. If anyone knows anything i would like to be informed!!

Please provide FULL PC specs. Which GPU is it ? AMD or Nvidia ? Rest of your system specs ? If using an Nvidia card, just make sure the VSYNC half refresh rate value is not selected via the NVCP.

I dont know if this is a thing but i dont have the "preferred refresh rate" option

If using an Nvidia card, just make sure the Adaptive VSYNC half refresh rate value is NOT selected via the NVCP. See the screenshot which I've posted above.

Try doing a CLEAN re-install of the GPU drivers. Use this DDU tool, and do it in safe mode. https://www.guru3d.com/files-details/display-driver-uninstaller-download.html

Have you checked your in-game settings and made sure v-sync is off or any other settings that could make your game feel off

Btw, please avoid using this TR2 PSU model from Thermaltake. Not a very high quality power supply.

Is it only ONE game that is doing this, League of Legends, or even other PC titles ? Have you tried re-installing this Game ? IF all other games are running smoothly, then this is most likely a game related issue.

Is the frame rate actually around 30 Fps, or you are feeling it to be this way ?

No i face this with every game until i turn V-sync on but with this method i notice input lag
