60 fps lock in full screen mode.

Hello, i have a problem. After windows reset all games in full screen is locked on 60 fps. When i turn into windowed mode its all fine. (Acer Aspire e15 laptop, Windows 10)

What i tried:
1. Vsync off in game.
2. Vsync off in Nvidia panel.
3. Game dvr and game bar turned off.

Maybe in that game there’s an FPS cap that is enabled. Try to turn it up or off.

Tried. It didn't help. Fps cap is off.

Did you try disabling Game Mode within the game bar? I've heard that can cause FPS issues as well. I'm not sure if turning off the game bar disables this feature.
