60 HZ Monitor with FreeSync with RX 580

So, I am in need of a GPU for which I am looking at the 580. Now my question is that; there are many cheap 1080p 60hz free synch monitor. Will buying such a monitor worth it with 580 ? Will there be smoother gameplay ? I already have a monitor 1080p with 60hz.

i5 4570; 8gb ddr3, asrock b85 fatality; coolermaster cpu cooler, coolermaster 700w bronze. i live in bangladesh. the budget/currency here will be different. i can also afford a gtx 1070; gigabyte winforce edition. but thats a bit overkill for 1080p; but more futureproof. which will give me smoother gameplay; a gtx 1070 on 1080p 60hz or a rx 580 with a freesync 1080p 60hz. i have option for sapphire nitro 580 and few samsung monitors.

thank you for your concern but i dont live in india. and the price vary from india to bangladesh.

Doesn't matter, Freesync is only there to make choppy frames look somewhat smoother, more GPU power is always the answer.
