[SOLVED] 60 in idle, 65 while gaming, how to fix?

[Ryzen 3600]

When I turn on the PC, it starts as 40 degrees but then slowly climbs up to 60, gpu fan is turned on, then back to 50, then back to 60 and again and again. How do I fix this? My case has good airflow

Which gpu?
Psu?
From your info it could be 0 fan.
The gpu fan doesnt ramp up till reaching certain target temperature.
Ita normal and gpu can whitstand till 90C (but perfered is under 85C in their spec).
