Im thinking of upgrading my machine to a slot 1 intel 600 but my motherboard only has the FSB at 100Mhz it does go to 112Mhz but i don't want to buy a new mother board, 133Mhz ram etc.... what are the pitfalls of a 600 at 100 Mhz compared to 133Mhz ????? much slower? i have 256Mb pc100 ram, udma33 hard drives, celeron cpu at the moment.

Any info appreciated

Thanks

In my opinion there is not that much of a diffrence unless you run appz that take advantage of the FSB. If i was you i would not go for the 133 + ram + board option if money was a problem. But then again if money was no problem i would go the Athlon way :)
