-660ti will max out pretty much every single game out there. 1tb hdd, 8gb ram, nice case, can add a new cooler and overclock that 6300, big psu for overclocking etc, nice case...
 
Sorry i missed the monitor part. He could still do very well though, and this is still much much better than Marcropolo123's build which i just noticed does not have an hdd. @Marcropolo123 why didnt you just go with the 660 its way better than the 650ti boost and like $2 more...Here you go:
