Ok, I am having trouble deciding on a good budget gaming computer. I can't decided between AMD or Intel. Intel is much better but much more expensive. I need help deciding what I need. So I am going to list what I will do with this computer and hope the community can help me build a computer under $700.

I will only be using this computer for gaming, not photo editing.
I will only play on one monitor, never more.
I would like to run games on high settings, 1080p if possible.
I want the computer to last. I don't want to replace the cpu or gpu in a year or two.
I am not an extreme gamer.

I want a computer that fits my needs, I am afraid I will spend too much money on a computer that is capable of much more than I want or need.

Any advise would be appreciated.

I will be overclocking the cpu also.
